JOB SUMMARY:

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture though
values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to
all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships
through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve
and follow up regarding customer service issues
with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Perform all equipment installation / service /
maintenance in accordance with policies and
procedures.
Maintain a spare parts inventory in accordance
with management recommendations.
Accountable for the usage and dispersal of the
spare parts inventory in his or her possession.
Responsible for the completion of all service
documentation and call closures within the service
management system as per instruction/procedure.
Must return paperwork and warranty replacement
parts on a weekly basis.
Properly operate and maintain the company vehicle.
Responsible for the prompt payment of the
Corporate American Express, phone bills and other
business accounts.
Required to participate in the regional weekend
call rotation and hotseat call rotation.
May be required to provide technical in-services
to customers and/or co-workers.
Obtain assistance and guidance from the District
Service Manager or the Regional Manager when
necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Job can be

HIPPA
EDUCATION
An Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent
experience.
Continuing education and training to prepare for
and pass an annual recertification exam.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Must receive mandatory Compliance, Privacy and
Sexual Harassment training.
Additional training specific to position
requirements will be provided.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
A minimum of high school diploma. Experience in
dialysis or a hospital setting preferred.
Commendable communication and presentation skills
Basic working knowledge of common business
software.
Extensive travel possible. 70%
