To provide surveillance programs, data reporting, data analysis & intervention development aimed at reduction of healthcare-acquired infections in-patients and employees. This position has oversight of the Employee Health process including policy review/revision, immunization programs, and reporting of employee health issues. This position reports directly to the Chief Quality Officer. Education:Graduate from accredited school of nursing, BS & MS preferred.Experience:Four years acute nursing experience, 1-year infection control desirable.Certifications/Licenses:CA RN License, certification in infection control desired.Primary Locaiton: CA-Watsonville (Monterey Bay region)Organization: Watsonville Hospital
