Important dimensions of this position consist of quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, good public/customer relations and a broad nursing knowledge. The Staff Nurse II is an experienced nurse who shall orient new staff, precept students, and assume Relief Charge Nurse duty as oriented and assigned.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />Education:As determinted by the CA Board of Registered NursesExperience:A minimum of one year (2080 actual hours worked) in an acute care hospital setting. Prefer 1 year acute care experience in last 2 years in area of specialty. Completion of applicable Hospital and Perinatal RN Competencies (within 3 months of hire/transfer).
