<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Maintenance Mechanic for Industrial Laundry FacilityWest Los Angeles,CASodexo, The World Leader in Quality of Daily life Solutions has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Mechanic for its West Los Angeles industrial laundry facility.PurposeTo provide maintenance support through the performance of regular PM''s and on-the-spot troubleshooting and repairs to ensure continuous (24-hour) mechanical operation of the laundry facility.Essential FunctionsPerform scheduled PM''s on all laundry equipment (e.g., conveyors, industrial washers & dryers, feeders, folders, and tying machines) in a professional and timely manner. Respond to mechanical issues in real-time in an effort to minimize any downtime. Be teachable and willing to share areas of expertise with other Maintenance Mechanics.Job RequirementsMust possess working knowledge of the mechanical operation of industrial laundry equipment. Be able to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics. Have the ability to troubleshoot both high and low AC/DC circuits. Experience with PLC''s, motor controls and/or welding skills are a plus. Must be responsible, operate under minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative and display a strong sense of responsibility. Requires working weekends and alternating shifts & schedules.
