utilize all Security Operations Center SOC
processes and tools to deliver the highest quality
customer service and support to the client, their
employees and contractors. Security Officer Basic
Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years of age
or older as required by applicable law or
contractual requirements.* Must have a high school
diploma or GED, or at least 10 years of verifiable
employment history.* At least one verifiable
employer. * No criminal convictions as specified
under AlliedBarton guidelines.* Ability to
communicate effectively both orally and in writing
in the English language for the purpose of public
interaction and report writing.* Authorized to
work in the United States.* Ability to perform
essential functions of the position with or
without reasonable accommodation.* Negative result
on pre-employment drug screen.* Successful
completion of AlliedBartons Security Officer
Basic Course exam. * Ability to maintain
satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.*

Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all
information, regardless of its nature, is
received, documented and processed in an effective
efficient manner. The Security Control Operator
will become thoroughly familiar with the operation
and administration of all SOC system tools and
processes. To include *Intranet and associated
tools*Access Control Systems*CCTV systems*Alarm
Management Systems and processes*Incident Report
Database system*Email and instant messaging The
Security Control Operator will be a key
contributor to the Global Security Safety
Department client in the event of a crisis
situation that would threaten the safe and secure
operation of the clients business. The Operator
will be responsible for the effective and
efficient management of all alarms received in the
SOC. This responsibility includes dispatch and
management of responders, disposition of alarm
condition, documentation and dissemination of
information. The qualified candidate should
have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a
supervisory role, supervising the performance of
team members in a high demand customer service
environment. The qualified candidate should have a
minimum of 3 years of experience in the security
operations industry, and have a proven and
demonstrated skill in a security operations
environment. The qualified candidate must possess
strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability
to effectively operate and manage systems, tools
processes. Systems include, but are not limited
to security access control, CCTV alarm systems,
email, intranet systems and complex communication
device systems.
