Utilize all relevant sales tools to drive profitable growth. Leverage on-line resources, tools, and peer knowledge to self train. Attend and participate in all required training and meetings. Understand and execute store shrink plan. Requires at least 16 years of age, 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., standing and moving up to 100% of the time. Prefer high school diploma or equivalent. Part-Time/Occasional Seasonal-shift varies.
