Current wage is $17.44 per hour and overtime is required. <br><br>PURPOSE <br>Responsible for the installation, modification, preventive maintenance, and repair of plant production and facility equipment <br><br>PRIMARY DUTIES <br>*Installs, repairs, and modifies plant production and facility equipment from engineering drawings and verbal instructions
<br>*Troubleshoots, diagnoses, reports on, and corrects production and plant facility equipment malfunctions and breakdowns <br>*Performs initial and routine set-ups, adjustments, and repairs to maintain plant production equipment in proper operation <br>*Operates equipment as assigned to meet production requirements
<br>*Performs preventive maintenance in compliance with established program requirements
<br><br>QUALIFICATIONS <br>*Must pass a mechanical aptitude and practical, hands-on test
<br>*Must pass a pre-employment, post-offer background check, drug test, and physical examination including a strength evaluation
<br>*Prefer 1-3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment <br>*Must be able to work overtime, all shifts, and weekends if required <br>*Must join the Teamsters Union.
