Description:
Our Fortune 100 client is seeking an individual with experience paying invoices to Canadian vendors and understanding the different taxing issues within each Canadian Province. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. In addition, this person will be communicating regularly with vendors as well as center and corporate personnel. This person also needs to be comfortable correcting invoicing errors and communicating those errors to the appropriate person. Handling incorrect invoices, filing disputes and escalating within the organizations to obtain approvals will be required.

Requirements:


CANADIAN A/P EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!
* People Soft Experience
* 2 years A/P Experience
* Excel skills to include V-look ups, formatting such as find/replace, document formatting,formulas
* Understands 3 way matching
* Vendor reconciliations
* Ability to accurately enter approximately 600 invoices a month into People Soft
* Excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone
* Must be a strong team player
