Job description
Global Process Services (GPS)is seeking an experienced end to end Client Solutions Executive to identify, progress, and qualify large, complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) engagements focusing in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a successful sales record -- eager to learn the Services side of the business, and to foster executive relationships with Fortune 500 companies. BDEs identify and develop the most attractive opportunities for potential engagement and create concise and compelling value propositions for the clients. They work collaboratively with other teams across IBM as well as with other partners and outside consultants as appropriate. They are responsible for the ongoing qualification of these opportunities and recommend whether to engage, disqualify, or refer opportunities to other IBM groups. They own the opportunity until formal sales engagement and facilitate the transition to an engagement team, and remain involved during the engagement phase, as appropriate. The CSC also functions as a CRM subject matter expert to assist in progressing and qualifying opportunities identified by other sales team members.

Experience / knowledge required:
 Strong sales and deal closing skills - create and qualify CRM opportunities with new and existing IBM customers in the Financial Services space.
 Ability to navigate within a client''s organization to reach the right decision makers with or without existing relationships
 Relationship management, including senior level line of business relationships
 Ability to create concise and compelling value propositions for clients
 Ability to build relationships with the extended IBM sales team to drive Financial Services CRM opportunity identification
 Financial skills and understanding of pricing and business case analysis

Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in CRM Outsourcing Sales
* At least 2 years experience in Financial skills and understanding of pricing and business case analysis
* Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
* English: Fluent

Preferred
* Non-Degree Program in Business/Management
* At least 2 years experience in Business Development in the Financial Services Space
