JOB SUMMARY:
General DescriptionGeneral Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing a variety of serviceson HUD foreclosed properties as well as repair of minor safety issues. TheGeneral Maintenance Worker will download work orders from HUD system and take before and after pictures of the property. They will beresponsible for the debris removal, safety issues, lawn/snowmaintenance, cleaning, and winterization. The General Maintenance Workerwill perform other duties as requested by management.Essential Job Duties and major responsibilities Maintenance of foreclosed properties Complete work orders with supporting photo documentation Cleanup and disposal of debris from interior and exterior of property Repair property as needed (i.e. fences, roofs, etc.) Remediate safety issues such as securing windows/doors, shutting offwater/power/gas, capping electrical wires, etc. Landscape maintenance mowing lawns, trimming bushes and trees Janitorial clean interior of property, vacuuming, cleanfireplaces, bathroomsJob Specifications Five years of experience working in general maintenance Good oral and written skills Good maintenance skills Organized and detail oriented Ability to lift 60 pounds Must have dependable transportation and good driving record Proof of automobile insurance will be required and renewal of insurancewill be required by company.Necessary Office RequirementsThe candidate for Lead will have the ability to move through the MicrosoftOffice programs such as, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, minimum twoyears required. Must have the ability to upload reports to office on a timely basis.an equal opportunity employer.
