Mechanical Technician (mechanical equipment repair amp; maintenance) Mechanics and Mechanical TechnicianA??s provide support to help Schlumberger field teams deliver efficient and effective services for their clients. The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical, hydraulic and power based equipment. Skill level requirements vary across SchlumbergerA??s divisions and can range from basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to component replacement. A Mechanical Technician will receive intense training in troubleshooting, technical procedures and safety. Mechanical TechnicianA??s must have the ability to learn rapidly and are expected to assume a high level of responsibility early in their career.
