JOB SUMMARY:
Asset Valuation .and. Marketing, Inc. has an immediate part-time(temporary) opening for an Order Fulfillment Specialist. Part-time hourswill be from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM or 12:00 PM 4:00 PM (M-F).Additional hours may occasionally be available after hours or on weekends.An Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) works with real estate professionalsacross the country to provide our clients with property valuations andinspections. The primary responsibility of the OFS is to process reports fromorder entry to agent completion while improving vendor relations.Starting wage is $10.00/HourPrimary Duties and Responsibilities Place Brokers Price Opinions with brokers in a timely and efficient manner Facilitate the completion of reports from entry to completion Maintains vendor records by updating account information Improve vendor relations through outstanding customer serviceRequired Job Related Skills and Experience A minimum High School Diploma required Strong computer skills a must including Word, Excel and Outlook Results oriented Ability to demonstrate attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills required Ability to follow directions, guidelines and maintain confidentialityrequired Ability to pass a background screening and drug test Real estate or appraisal experience is a plusAsset Valuation .and.
