JOB SUMMARY:
Summary:AVM is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to assure every product provided toour client is of the highest quality. This position is a temporary part-timeposition that may have the potential to turn into a full-time position.Quality Assurance Analysts review Broker s Price Opinions, also known asComparative Market Analysis (CMA), to ensure they meet our clientsquality standards.Working with real estate professional across the country to construct stronglysupported property valuations, the primary job function of a QualityAssurance Analyst is to thoroughly analyze each BPO to ensure its quality,accuracy and integrity.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environmentand be able to exercises frequent independent judgment and initiative. Bereliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess strong analyticalskills. You must be able to analyze and understand valuing real property.Duties and Responsibilities:* Ensure each CMA meets quality standards and requirements, outlined by theclient.* Follow up on orders that did not meet quality standards.* Improve vendor relations through outstanding customer service.* Facilitate the completion of strongly supported valuations.* Reconcile variances in value from previous CMAs* Contribute positively to a team/company morale and spirit.* Handles details and assignments of a confidential nature.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enableindividuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education/Experience:Bachelor Degree with a business emphasis or a minimum of four years experiencein the Real Estate Industry as an Appraiser, Underwriter or Realtor.Language Ability:* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,professional journals, and technical procedures.* Effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors,peers, and customers.* Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participatesin meetings. * Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling andgrammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical dataeffectivelComputer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Advanced levelproficiency w/ MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook),Adobe Acrobat, and MS Internet Explorer 7.0 or Higher.Required Skills:* Demonstrates ability to follow through on projects, juggle conflictingpriorities and multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.* Excellent time management skills.* Team player who is resourceful, reliable, responsive, flexible,organized and detail-oriented.* Must be able to work with limited direction and/or supervision.* Must be able to think critically in time-urgent situations.* Must have the ability to be flexible with constantly changing priorities.* Must be able to act proactively and independently to resolve issues.* Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.* Ability to sit for long periods of time.
