Colorado National Guard Dual Status Technician Announcement Technicians are employed under the authority of Title 32 USC, Section 709, which states, in part, that technicians are to be employed in "the administration and training of the National Guard," and "the maintenance and repair of supplies issued to the National Guard."

Current Enlisted members of the Colorado Army National Guard (COARNG) and those eligible to transfer into the COARNG via the Reserves, Active Duty, IRR, re-enlistment, or military transfer.

Immaterial/ 92A, 92Y or 92Z
Technician Note: The supervisor has requested to hire this position MOS Immaterial. This position has a NGB compatible MOS assigned to it; all Dual-Status technicians are required to maintain MOS compatibility. The compatible MOS for this position is 92A, 92Y or 92Z. Failure to maintain MOS compatibility can result in termination.

This position is located in a Battalion (Bn) or Squadron (Sqdrn) size headquarters of the Army National Guard (ARNG). The purpose of this position is to function as the logistics manager of the organization and to serve as the organizational Property Book Officer (PBO) responsible for routine accomplishment and oversight of property accountability functions.
