Fekete Corp.of Houston is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fekete Associates Inc., a software company based in Calgary, Canada. Since 1973 we have proudly serviced clients world-wide. We are seeking a corporate account executive/outside sales role for our office to help manage existing account growth, and hunt for new account opportunities.


Corporate Account Executive / Outside Sales

In this critical position, we will rely on your professional sales style and ability to build trust with clients. This is a hands-off sales role. You will control your own accounts and have autonomy to manage your workload while contributing to the bottom line. Responsibilities include outside sales and account management without the road warrior commitments!


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, professional individual with exceptional people, follow-up and communication skills. We are seeking a creative individual who can think outside the box. If you are a true sales hunter and prospector, this is the ideal career for you!

Required skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (ideally in an engineering, technical or business subject)
· 5+ years’ experience in sales or account management representing a highly technical product (ideally software)
· Proven and successful track record of closing sales
· Technical aptitude
· Experience dealing with large E&P (exploration and production) companies
· Ability to travel throughout the US (and potentially internationally)
· Excellent computer skills, navigating Microsoft products and ability to learn new applications quickly

Preferred:
· Bilingual in Spanish a plus
· Experience using Fekete’s software tools a strong asset
