Job Summary and Mission
Accountable for developing and securing incremental revenue and market share through promotion and sales of all services and products to established and target accounts. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing accounts to meet and exceed new business revenue goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans that support increased sales.
Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
Cross sell the company's suite of products and services in a global team environment.
Monitor and review customer sales activity and make strategy adjustments as needed.
Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.
Work corroboratively with the operational staff at multiple sites and locations to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met.
Coordinate with inside sales efforts and provide flow of data on accounts and competitors.
Assist in development and reporting of competitive market analysis.
Complete administrative functions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of products and services.
Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
Summary of Experience and Education
High School Graduate or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and completion of the LDP Program.
Minimum five years related experience.
Minimum four years industry experience preferred.
