Crude Oil Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:
Position Summary:
Key responsibility is to work closely with crude oil scheduling, accounting, marketing, and supply to assure highest level of service is provided to customers. Create daily delivery reports, propose truck schedule changes as needed, and work closely with field personnel and trucking operations to ensure timely and quality service for producers. Monitor market prices. Ensure all new production is sampled and tanks are strapped. Monitor quality and volumes at each delivery point and suggest changes as needed. Assist accounting in identifying and resolving problems and work with Contract Administration to get contracts arranged.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven analytical skills and proficient computer applications knowledge. Must have excellent prioritization and time management skills, and must be deadline oriented. Must be a self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision. This position requires incumbent to perform accurate administrative functions and be able to work effectively with all departments within organization.
