JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities:
Managing orders from order placement through invoicing and receipt of product
Utilizing applicable SAP system elements
Fostering supplier, vendor, and customer relationships
Monitoring and expediting shipments
Investigating, analyzing and resolving problems
Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, team environment
Researching marine demurrage claims for Aromatics products
Managing product inventories.
Position will require some accessibility outside of normal business hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred. Will consider non-degreed candidates with 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or related areas
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be a self-starter and a strong team player.
SAP experience required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
