Responsibilities:

*
Receive pipeline integrity data from Survey Technicians
* Process Close Interval Survey data that requires troubleshooting data, ongoing communication with field crews and customers, and continually updating databases
* Edit, plot, and format survey data to generate reports, graphs, maps, and charts that adhere to specific customer requirements and regulations
* Prepare weekly and monthly invoices for Pipeline Services
* Attend monthly job review meetings to discuss status of projects in terms of cost and invoicing
* Assemble reports and distribute to customers in a timely manner
* Back up and secure all data on the server
Qualifications:

* 2+ years of practical experience within the oil and gas industry
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Must be proficient in the use of computers with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to follow approved procedures and to interpret, evaluate and document data accurately and consistently
* Candidate must be familiar with databases for storing data, running queries, and creating reports

Ability to interpret technical data
*
Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
*
Invoicing and customer interaction experience helpful
