Interpret, compile, and enter alphabetic and numeric data into the computer system
Request additional information for incomplete applications by sending correspondence
Resolve discrepancies through the use of established procedures
Ensure information entered into the system is correct by performing quality control checks
Follow policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
