Title: Data Entry Clerk- Home Health
Location: TX-Laredo (Southwestern Texas)

Provision of entry and verification of data that is collected by the clinical staff. Data entry and verification will be performed in a timely and accurate manner consistent with State and Federal regulations, agency policies and procedures, and CHAP standards.
Maintenance of agency personnel files consistent with State and Federal regulations, agency policies and procedures, and CHAP standards.

Education:High School Graduate preferred

Experience:One year data entry experience preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent organizational skills, are required.
