Description

***NIGHT SHIFT***

Incumbent is responsible for following written Customer Account Instructions to prepare checks for deposit by accurately encoding customer payment amounts using TRP/AWS/Image data entry equipment. Operator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of assigned work by processing each payment with an encoded amount, audit trail, and endorsement. Operator completes batches in order to transmit data to our customers accounts receivable systems. Position requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to meet account baselines and the ability to coordinate and organize work. Incumbent must be able to coordinate and organize work.Upon successful completion of job training, the incumbent must be able to achieve and maintain productivity and quality at 25% above established baselines. Proficient processing knowledge on at least 50% of accounts is necessary.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. 10-key data entry experience and 10,000 - 12,999 keystrokes/hour are required. Alpha-numeric data entry experience is a plus. Knowledge of Remittance Processing is preferred.Incumbent will be cross-trained in various areas to ensure timely processing during production peaks.
