Requirements:
<br>* The candidate will have, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or similar discipline and strong background in dietary supplement and food development
<br>* Work with minimal supervision, work with others and to take direction from management is an essential requirement for this position, as is the ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment
<br>* The candidate must have the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, flexible hours, and meet time lines
<br>* The incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be fluent in spoken and written English, and be eligible to work in the United States

<br>Job Duties:
<br>* Perform dietary supplement and food product development and enhancements
<br>* Provide scientific and technical information to the marketing and manufacturing teams
<br>* Apply findings from research in supplement and food science, health and nutrition
<br>* Follow supplement and food industry trends
<br>* Knowledge of supplement and food manufacturing processes and packaging
<br>* Present scientific results and lead discussions in company meetings and conferences
<br>* Ensure timely completion of priority company projects.
