About the Agency

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is a civil rights agency at the U.S. Department of Labor that enforces both the non-discrimination and affirmative action requirements of Federal contractors and subcontractors. OFCCP's mission is to protect workers, promote diversity and enforce the laws which mandate that companies which do business with taxpayers provide equal employment opportunity on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, religion, disability and status as a protected veteran.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

• 50% or Greater
• On-site visits to National Office Division Directors, Regional Directors, OFCCP Deputy Regional Directors and their staff; special interest groups and other public interests; and by liaison activities with other DOL components and sister agencies at the Federal, State, and local levels.
