This position is located in the Office of the U.S. Section of the Commission, International Joint Commission, in Washington, D.C. The mission of the International Joint Commission is to help prevent and resolve disputes between the United States of America and Canada under the 1909 Boundary Waters Treaty and to pursue the common good of both countries as an independent and objective advisor to the two governments.
As a Civil Engineer/Physical Scientist, you will serve as a consultant on water resources for the Commission conducting scientific and/or engineering assessments, and perform a wide range of assignments to support the development of water resources policy for the Commission.
