The Deputy Comptroller for Economic and Policy Analysis, provides executive direction to and sets policies for the Economic & Policy Analysis group within the OCC Economics Department. Functions as an advisor to the Senior Deputy Comptroller for Economics, to the Comptroller, and to other OCC leaders on economic aspects of internal and external policy issues, and more generally on research and analysis related to national banks and the domestic and global financial systems. Serves as a key deputy to the Senior Deputy Comptroller on matters related to departmental and OCC management practices and policy. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other business units within the Economics Department and throughout the OCC.
