This position, Director/Equal Opportunity Officer, is located in the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity (OCRD) at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) headquarters in Washington, DC.

The Directors responsibilities may require travel abroad and work in a variety of cultural contexts in order to ensure that the Agencys overseas missions have appropriate access to EEO counseling and training and in order to provide proper EEO advice, guidance, program management, and policy development and oversight across the Agency as a whole.
