This position is in the Department of Economics, Risk Analysis, Market Risk Analysis Division located in Washington, D.C. As a Financial Economist, you will conduct bank-specific analyses of risk measurement systems and quantitative valuation and decision models in support of bank supervision. You will also initiate research projects in risk measurement and models, or financial institutions and markets more broadly. You will provide analysis and advice on risk measurement issues and on significant policy areas within your area of expertise as well as participating in OCC projects and task forces on those topics.
