About the Agency

The Office of the Foreign Service Human Capital (OFSHC), Global Markets, International Trade Administration (ITA) is looking for energetic, innovative human capital professional who will enjoy working in a dynamic and mission driven organization as a Human Resources Specialist.  The ideal candidate will have performance management experience applying forward-thinking leadership in promoting and implementing a vision that fosters organizational excellence.  This position requires knowledge of human capital functional areas, including performance  management, experience managing projects, and ability to analyze information and make recommendations for program, processes and policies.  The incumbent will serve as a human capital partner with clients, including management of human capital programs, development and implementation of strategies that anticipate customer needs, and the execution of vital change initiatives.

This position is located in the Office of the Foreign Service Human Capital (OFSHC), Global Markets, International Trade Administration (ITA).  The mission of the Global Markets Division is to assist and advocate for U.S. businesses in international markets to foster U.S. economic prosperity.
