The primary purpose of this position is to assist in identifying and eliminating systemic obstacles to efficient processing of immigration benefits and services, and to assist with legislative, regulatory, policy, and procedural reviews and other development and analysis work associated with the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CISOMB).

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CISOMB).
