About the Agency

Office of Corporate Performance and Strategic Planning
The Office of Corporate Performance and Strategic Planning  reports directly to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on all aspects of corporate performance, internal review and strategic planning functions and represents senior management’s commitment to linking performance to the agency’s mission.  OPIC uses results of audit and assessments to encourage and inform goal setting and resource allocation.  The internal controls program is responsible for the annual assessment (internal audit) of financial controls for OPIC.  The strategic planning program is responsible for all aspects of preparing and reporting on agency performance in accordance with the goals and measures prescribed in the agency’s strategic plan and approved budget.
