The Regulatory Policy Specialist position is in the Office of Regulatory Policy (RP), Policy Division, of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The mission of the Office of Regulatory Policy is to administer effectively the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) through the developing, drafting, and interpreting of FinCEN’s regulations, and related engagement with industry, law enforcement and supporting agencies and organizations that examine financial institutions subject to the BSA.
