<br>* High School Diploma or GED
<br>* CPR Certification within 3 months of hire
<br>* First Aid Certification within 3 months of hire
<br>* 5 years driving experience
<br>* Valid Driver License
<br>
<br>PREFERRED:
<br>* Proficiency with Word and email applications to review and edit schedules
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Provide quality customer service to varied customers or clients
<br>* Maneuver up to 100 lbs on regularly
<br>* Transport wheelchair and stretcher clients to and from non-emergency medical appointments in the Portland area
<br>* Transfer patients or clients to and from vehicles
<br>* Provide customer service to a variety of clients and medical businesses and institutions
<br>* Clean transport vehicle inside and out after use
<br>* Track vehicle maintenance
<br>
<br>HOURS:  7:00 a.m is the normal start time (Shifts could begin as early as 5:00 a.m.). Work week will include Saturdays.
<br>* Availability and willingness to work a 40-50+ hour weekly schedule
<br>
<br>EMPLOYER COMMENTS:
<br>* Pass a DMV record check ( No DUII, no reckless or careless driving in last 5 years, no accidents, and no more than one minor moving violation in last 3 years)
<br>* Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
<br>* Pass post-offer physical
<br>* Employee will drive from home with the company vehicle to scheduled appintments.
