2-3 years Durable Medical Equipment experience
Knowledge of wheelchair fitting and repair preferred
Knowledge of home oxygen equipment preferred
High school graduate
Skills:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to multi task
Good typing and data entry skills
Ability to perform in a busy environment
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and vehicles
Maintain up to date customer and equipment information in ACT and Brightree
Ship, receive, deliver and repair medical equipment as needed
Follow up on "to do" activities in ACT
Create appropriate "to doe's" for customer service and billing follow up
Order and receive inventory
Attend training and in-services to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Maintain outstanding personal appearance and professional conduct
Clean returned rental equipment
Track inbound/outbound orders
Keep warehouse clean
