Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive is primarily responsible for creating leads, generating sales contracts, and closing sales effectively and timely. Has responsibility for his or her sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:

* Developing and managing an assigned category of customers and potential customers to include customers with requirements of Enterprise accounts (Over 100million in Revenue or more than 100 employees)
* Identifying and fully qualifying business opportunities; developing an active pipeline of projected opportunities
* Coordinating complex sales cycles and decision-making processes including preparing professional proposals for customers and potential customers.
* Leading detailed technical data center tours for customers and potential customers
* Maintaining a strong knowledge of technology and marketplace developments including a hands on understanding of the Company’s products and services
* Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner
* Maintaining and managing the customer relationship management system on a real-time basis
* Assisting with the transition of closed deals to Operations
* Achieving 100% customer satisfaction with the sales process/experience
* Answering, triage and documentation/reporting of inbound web and phone leads on a real-time basis
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Specific experience with data center services sales, as well as data center infrastructure and system management proven track record of consistently exceeding all objectives and quotas – with recent relevant wins.
* Strong lead assessment and management skills.
* Ability to craft and execute a total solution vs. a point solution sale.
* Strong presentation, organization, and time management skills.
* Strong communication both verbal and written.
* Passionate about achieving individual and team success. Self driven, motivated and results oriented.
* Must be willing to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company directions.

Education/Experience:
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience is required.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Database software; Inventory software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
