Entry Level Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
We are a technology company based in Denton Texas. For nearly 20 years we have been dedicated to developing resources to aid the Animal Health Care Industry at managing the people side of their businesses. Currently ACT delivers four web-based products to help Animal Hospitals and Shelters meet those needs.
We are looking for ENERGETIC, GOAL ORIENTED & CAREER MINDED individuals to fill several Account Manager positions. These candidates will be hired as entry level sales representatives with advancement opportunities available for the right individuals.
This entry level sales representative will aid in systematic follow up of prospect accounts. Additionally, Account Managers provide account maintenance to new and existing accounts and access the needs of accounts to offer additional products that meet those needs. Finally Account Managers serve as liaison for tier two tech support issues that may arise with accounts. This is to ensure superior customer service for all of our accounts.
