Position Summary: Manufacturing Engineering Mgmt

Key Job Responsibilities:
Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Acts as liaison with engineering in releasing new products. Develops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


Job Qualifications:
1) 10+ Years of experience managing semiconductor equipment and related support personnel: Technicians and Engineers.
2) Demonstrated success in organizing and managing people and projects across the various groups with successful results. Able to collaborate with various departments.
3) Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

EDUCATION requirement:
B.S. level degree, or equivalent

Experience level:
10+ years'' experience in semiconductor equipment management in the semiconductor industry.
