One or more years experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment. Experience with food manufacturing equipment is a definite plus. Examples of operator positions available:
1) Mixer operator- ensure proper preparation of product according to formulas and
scheduled standards.
2) Oven operator – ensures quality of baking according to set standards.
3) Wrapping machine operators – ensures proper handling and packing of product
according to scheduled standards.
4) Pan machine operator – operates pan stacking and un-stacking equipment in even
flow to supply production.
All positions require the ability to routinely lift 50+ pounds and be able to stand for a
minimum of 8 hours a day or longer.
Positions require demonstration of competency for all on the job activities that may have
a direct or indirect affect on the products being produced. Ability to read and comprehend
set instructions for positions required.
$14 - $15 per hour.
High school diploma or GED educational level required for these positions.
