Job Duties: Our client's parent organization wants to invest capital wisely and systematically and needs this role to: Provide priorities for equipment asset and facility improvement through production and engineering data analysis. Identify priorities for repair vs. replace vs. upgrade of manufacturing equipment. Identify priorities and routine schedule for 5 technicians. Validate & Populate equipment / asset data in ERP and Maintenance Management Subsystem. Plan Projects using Gantt charts for tracking - this level of planning is critical!. Assimilate the roles impact on production, profitability and quality and work towards effectible targets. Work cooperatively and closely with team members in production management, labor, administration & corporate to build TPM like system in which all understand their roles and responsibilities to uphold!
