Facilities & Transportation Maintenance Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible to help coordinate and provide for the maintenance, repair, safety, and security of the facilities, materials, and equipment, including vehicles, owned or used by Early Head Start staff, supervises transportation services and functions as a CDL Driver.
Education Required: Associates Degree
Work Experience Required: 2 years supervisory experience.
Required: 2 years experience in facility maintenance in a childcare environment or public school setting.
Preferred: AVANCE graduate in 9-month program or previous experience in child-care maintenance services. Three (3) years experience operating a commercial vehicle, such as a school bus.
