The FP&A Manager will provide financial reporting and analysis for Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul (AMO) within Supply Chain and will be responsible for supporting Operations Managers and Finance personnel by consulting, interpreting and evaluating financial information. Assist in the development of short and long term business plans for plants; compile hemisphere tempo and prepare actual vs. forecast analysis; and handle the tracking of consolidated business performance indicators. Will also handle special projects as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Coordinate financial reporting and planning for the assigned Manufacturing facilities
* Reporting of monthly management reporting packs including detailed variance analysis to HQ within a strict reporting timetable
* Support the Supply Chain VP, the finance director and plant controllers in the preparation of quarterly and annual plans and presentation to senior management thereafter
* Coordinate organizational structural changes in HFM and SAP
* Proactively highlight and implement innovative profit and cost saving opportunities to influence the business decision making
* Ensure effective operation of the internal control structures and adherence to Baker Hughes finance policies, SOX 404 & FCPA legislation at all times
* Active member of Worldwide Manufacturing Finance Management Team.
* As a member of the team, you will be expected to lead and facilitate various global synchronization projects
* Assist in new plant implementation and integration
* Work closely with plant teams and cost accounting in the annual re-costing exercise
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
* 8 years of Financial Analysis experience
* 2 years of Supervisory experience
* Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles
* Specialized knowledge of accounting requirements for specific functions
* Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of management
* Must be able to travel internationally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

* Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment is preferred
* Exposure to International Operations is ideal
* Specialized knowledge of accounting requirements and related systems to include but not limited to: Hyperion Financial Management System, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SAP
* Knowledge of US and local GAAP
* Certifications in CPA, CMA, ACA, CIMA, or ACCA is preferred
