Description The Financial Services Specialist is responsible for providing superior service to every member by identifying the members'' financial needs and offering solutions. May during the course of the day process teller transactions for members, set up new accounts, take loan applications, disperse loans to members, respond to problems, and direct members to the appropriate people. May also assist and train other member service managers.
Requirements 1+ years of Teller experience
Experience in opening new accounts and assisting members with various financial needs
Experience in a position which requires strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to communicate courteously and professionally
Ability to cross-sell products/services and meet referral goals in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer systems including Word and Excel
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
High School Diploma or equivalent
