This position is located within the new GAP Assessment Program for Homemaker/home Health Aide Program in Lake City of Home Care Service, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System.  

This is a partime vacancy 20 hours per week. 

 

One vacancy exists for a part time Program Support Assistant (OA), GS-303-6, in the GAP Assessment Program for Homemaker/Home Health Aide Program in Lake City of Home Care Service, North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System.   GAP is a specialized new program which provides interdisciplinary case management to moderately to highly ADL-impaired Veterans at home or in assisted living facilities.   The incumbent participates actively in the management of the GAP office by performing routine administrative and miscellaneous clerical work.   The incumbent works collaboratively with and provides coverage for the other G&EC/Home Care program support staff in their absence.   Based on a working knowledge of the GAP office, the incumbent resolves problems associated with the administrative, clerical and clinical work of the office.
