Every day our Specialist Assistant GS-13 serves as confidential assistant to a high level manager of a program; recommends long-range program plans, goals, objectives and milestones which serves as the basis for substantive changes in the organization and administration of programs, and provides advice and guidance on undefined issues and elements for programs essential to the agencys mission, such as major agency programs of national scope and impact.
