<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Work in a meat packaging plant
<br>* Work environment is cold (approx. 35 degrees) and wet
<br>* Fast-paced production work
<br>* Build batches
<br>* Formulate recipes
<br>* Trim and cut meat
<br>* Keep records
<br>* Perform yield tests
<br>* Use UV or acid sanitizers on food products
<br>* Perform time and temperature controls for microbes
<br>* Perform vacuum tumbling, batter and breading, high pressure pasteurization, oven cooking in commercial applications.
<br>* Grind meat
<br>* Perform vacuum stuffer operations
<br>* Form equipment operations
<br>* Perform press, slicer and extructor operations and fat analysis
<br>
<br>HOURS: First shift, 0600 to 1430; Second, 1430 to 2330; Third, 2330 to 0730; Sanitation, 2200 to 0600; Office, 0800 to 1700
