Job Requirements:
Searching for a KM/Culinary Specialist to be a part of the team. We are looking for a Chef that loves working on the ground level but needs an extra challenge. The ideal chef is as strong in operations and controlling food costs as they are in culinary creativeness. This Chef works well maintaining and following standards and recipes but has the ability to look outside the box for solutions and ideas.
This is a new and exciting position that would allow someone to work in the store but also be a part of a team that is creating & developing recipes for new menu items.
Additional Experience/Qualities Required:
* 5 years of BOH Management experience
* Experience with menu development
* Experience with menu innovation and sku management
* Current understanding of and proactive approach to menu labeling legislation
* Prior coordination and execution of photo shoots
* Management experience must be in a full service restaurant or bar
* Experience running operations that are at least 3 million per year
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc)
* Ensures every guest has the complete experience.
* Creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere for all employees.
* Dynamic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry
