<br>* At least 4 years experience in Food Sanitation and or a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science
<br>* Excellent communication skills
<br>* Previous supervisor experience
<br>* Experience scheduling other employees
<br>* Experience training other employees
<br>* Experience verifying completion of sanitation tasks of the whole crew
<br>* Experience writing SOPs
<br>* Understand MSDS and HACCP
<br>
<br>PREFERRED:
<br>* Bilingual in Spanish a plus
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Training new employees
<br>* Continual training of current employees
<br>* Planning, assigning and directing daily work crew activities
<br>* Filling out MSS paperwork
<br>* Problem solving all sanitation issues
<br>* Scheduling sanitation crew
<br>* Responsible for ATP verification of cleaning efficacy
<br>
<br>WORKSITE:
<br>Boring, OR
<br>
<br>EMPLOYER COMMENTS: Must be flexible with shifts as well but primary is Third Shift.  Position includes medical and dental benefits.<br><br>Language skill requirement or preference:  Able to speak Spanish preferred. Able to read Spanish preferred.  for matching purposes
