FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT (Full Time-2nd Shift)

JOB SUMMARY:
The employee is assigned to work in the kitchen and performs duties such as serving of meal trays and nourishment to patients, plating of foods for patient's trays, simple food preparation, sanitation and cleaning as relates to the hospital food service operation. Transports carts to and from kitchen to Patient Care Units. Food service experience desired, but not required. High school graduate or GED or one year food service experience
Ability to read diet information as presented. Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Food service experience desired, but not required. High school graduate or GED or one year food service experience
