REQUIREMENTS:
<br>* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
<br>* At least 1 year basic management experience
<br>* At least 2 years experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
<br>
<br>JOB DUTIES:
<br>* Manage food service in the school district of 11 elementary, 5 middle and 4 high schools, plus multiple vended meal contracts and 1 private school.
<br>* Assist the GM in supervising operations at all District schools.
<br>* Manage multi-functional food service areas in a single account/unit.
<br>* May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence.
<br>* Assist in maintenance of cash control and payroll records.
<br>* Assist in supporting the financial/HR functions.
<br>* Maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.
