JOB SUMMARY:
Retired military contract manager helpful but not required. Familiar with the federal contract bid process and requirements and how proposals are evaluated.
Proficient in cost analysis for food service, janitorial, and lawn maintenance. Will oversee the initiation, development, and completion of responsive to R.F.P.'s (request for bids). Develop statements of capabilities, proposed schedule/calender, and technical support.
